La Niche is a beautiful, 5 bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the town and towards the snowy Aspen peaks. An exceptional amount of both interior and exterior space, including a separate guest house, makes this villa ideal for apres-ski gatherings or a large family holiday. Additionally, most of the entertainment space is on one level. Balconies curve around the front of the house, squaring off to create a large outdoor dining terrace with a barbecue. Through full-height windows, the entire valley is visible from the lounge.
For a change of scene, the indoor Jacuzzi overlooks the Aspen Mountains. Just ten minutes from the slopes and five minutes from shops and restaurants, La Niche is a great choice for those who want to be a part of the Aspen scene but stay above and beyond the town.
